Returns and Refunds Policy

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Standard shipping and delivery typically take between 10 to 15 business days, for destinations within the United States. For destinations outside the United States, standard processing will take 7-10 business days. Standard shipping and delivery will take 10 to 15 business days. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact the estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once the order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided on the order. When the tracking number is received, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.



Our return policy is you have a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date to make a return. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date. Any returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that it was received. It also must be in the original packaging. -*** FINAL SALE*** items are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill out the Returns/Refund request form.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once the return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent. Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of a refund.

If approved, then the refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days after processing.

Late or missing refunds

If the refund has not been received, please contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Replacements are allowed if the item(s) are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed for the same item, please send an email to [email protected], with the order number.

Depending on location, shipping times may vary.

Returns are free for the First Return package on any order ( Only applies to domestic orders ). International orders will be responsible for return shipping costs. For any additional returns, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return involves more expensive items, customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Dreamz N Kolour is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back the merchandise.

Please do not send the return to the sender’s address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of the return. Only send returns to the address that is provided on the Refund and Returns page.
